Postgraduate

QUT Careers and Employment has two dedicated Postgraduate Career Counsellors who are available to help postgraduate students during their coursework and provide career support. Shari Walsh and Alan McAlpine are both Career Counsellors who have completed PhDs, and are actively involved with postgraduate research students at QUT.

This postgraduate section allows postgrad students to see what type of assistance and support is available. Useful postgraduate resources and career development strategies containing resumes, cover letters, selection criteria, interviews and networking are provided here. Shari and Alan are available for one hour private sessions, free to current QUT students, and regularly run workshops throughout the year.
