The scheme runs for approximately 1 university year (March until November) for the full year scheme. If you graduate mid-year then you are still eligible to participate and will be covered by QUT insurance for as long as you have a QUT virtual log-in (approx 6 months after you graduate).
In some years there is also a mid-year entry point on a limited scale, lasting August to November.
The scheme is a negotiation between you and your mentor however, as a pair you may decide to end the relationship earlier than that date. Extensions must be approved by the Career Mentor Scheme Co-ordinator.
