The quality of your application will determine whether you are short listed for the next phase of the selection process. The goal of your application is to clearly demonstrate to the potential employer that you are a “good fit” for the position and organisation. To do this successfully you will need to submit a unique application for each job by highlighting information that is transferable to the particular position and organisation.
A standard graduate application should always include an (unless it is otherwise stated in the advertisement):
Depending on the position and company for which you are applying, there may be other requirements, such as:
- Application form
- Key Selection Criteria
- Curriculum Vitae (instead of a resume)
- Written reference
- Copies of certificates
