Instead of the employer looking for you, you need to look for the employer! If you don't have success with advertised jobs, you should search for potential employers who might give you some voluntary work, or a part or full-time job. For this, take the initiative to do some research on the organisation, make contact and make a good pitch.
Many employers post jobs on their own websites, but you need a way to find out that those companies and organisations exist.
A very lare percentage of jobs are filled without advertising. Many of these are obtained through personal contacts, doing voluntary work, sending speculative letters and asking questions. Some useful suggestions for accessing these jobs are listed in this section.
