A number of employers provide specific induction and training programs for graduates who join their organisations. They might involve providing experiences in a range of different areas across the organisation. Most programs are seeking graduates from a range of disciplines and these graduates usually commence together at a designated time. These programs are advertised between the start of the 1st semester and May, to start work either in 2nd semester or the following year, depending on the organisation's requirements. A comprehensive selection process is undertaken soon after their closing date. Programs can very between durations of 6 months and 3 years.
