The Careers & Employment direct mailing service enables employers to make direct contact with students from targeted disciplines. This service can inform students of your recruitment drive and invite their participation.

Mailout process:

Establish the the courses and disciplines your company wishes to target Refer to:
QUT courses and/or disciplines
Contact C&E for a quote on the current numbers of students within the disciplines and year levels you wish to target. Contact:
C&E career assistants

Forward a sample of your mailout material via email or mail to be approved by C&E.
This must include the following disclaimer:
'This correspondance has been addressed and forwarded by QUT Careers and Employment. No personal information about any student has been released by QUT"

Once approved send via mail C&E with all your mailout contents in sealed postage paid envelopes. Career assistants can pack your mailout contents in QUT postage paid envelopes for an additional charge. Mail:

Charges:

Option 1: Company provides packed and fully franked evelopes $1.10/envelope incl gst
Option 2: Company wishes for QUT to pack mailout contents in QUT franked evelopes $2.20/envelope incl gst
Admin charge: Collating student information and packing envelopes if requested $20/hour
Minimum charge applies $55.00 incl gst

Applications from students should be submitted directly to your company. Employers may not use this direct mailing service to solicit applications anonymously from students. To comply with QUT's policy of non-discrimination, material should use gender free language.

Please note: Graduating numbers fluctuate constantly due to enrolment changes.
