Employer presentations

Companies can present on campus throughout the academic year on either the Gardens Point or Kelvin Grove campuses. Please consult the Academic Calendar for optimum dates to present, ensuring you avoid university holiday and exam periods. We encourage employers to utilise this service.

Locations:

• Gardens Point and Kelvin Grove Rooms
• Presentation venues are typically a tiered lecture theatre, which range in size from 80-500 seats. Smaller venues can be requested.

Equipment:

• AMX theatre control system,
• PA system OHP 35mm slide projector Visualiser
• Video PC and / or external laptop
• Microsoft PowerPoint

To safeguard against incompatibility, it is recommended that you bring your presentation on a USB flash drive.

• Email careers@qut.edu.au including details of the preferred date and time for your presentation, and the students you are targeting
• Cost: Absolutely FREE!

Parking:

Parking is limited on the Gardens Point and Kelvin Grove campuses, please ensure you advise your parking requirements when booking.
