How does the QUT Career Mentor Scheme operate?

April: A networking launch function will be held at the start of the Scheme allowing mentors and students to meet on an informal basis.

May: During May, progress reports will be requested from mentors to ensure that contact has been made by their student and all is going well.

July: Students and mentors will be invited to a professional development mid-year function.

October: The relationship will formally continue until the end of October and an end-of-year function will be held at this time to thank participants for their efforts throughout the year.

December: Although the Scheme has officially ended, we encourage students and mentors to keep in touch.
