Interviews on campus

Requirements:

• Your company is required to notify successful students of interview selection and the scheduling process. If required, C&E can allocate interview times for successful applicants.
• You will need to supply C&E with a list of interviewees and an itinerary outlining interview segments e.g. 7 x 30 minute interviews, from 9am - 4pm with a lunch break from 12pm - 1pm.

Where and when:

• Gardens Point and Kelvin Grove
• Throughout the academic year
• 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Alternate times can be negotiated if necessary

Bookings:

• Log on or Register for QUT CareerHub
• Complete the Request an Event form, select event type as On Campus Interviews.
• Costs are absolutely free!

Parking:

Parking is limited on the Gardens Point and Kelvin Grove campuses, please ensure you advise your parking requirements when booking.

Outsourcing:

Careers & Employment staff are able to provide details of agencies who, for a fee, will screen applications, short list for interviews, and conduct psychological testing.
