Another set of factors you will want to consider are working conditions. Working conditions are specific to each working situation, such as pleasant surroundings or good lighting, and are difficult to assess until you have an offer for work from an employer. Usually people rate working conditions as less critical in their overall criteria. You may find that some of these conditions will be more significant when you look for full-time employment compared to finding a position now. Still, they are important factors to consider before you make the choice. Your prospective employer will also be concerned that your needs match what the job entails.
