Careers & Employment delivers a number of specific programs (workshops, modules etc) that have been designed to address a particular faculty's needs.
Career development programs
Career development programs are now available on a new blackboard site to assist students and graduates to make sound course and career choices; make successful transitions to, during and after, life as a student at QUT; make connections between your course of study and where it might lead; and progress your own career pathway.
Career planning model
Designed around the Careers & Employment Career Planning Model and contains three modules that allow students to examine themselves, the world of work and define actions for themselves to move forward in their careers in an online environment.
Career workshops
Careers & Employment delivers various workshops on a weekly basis to enable students to empower themselves in the job seeking market. These include employment preparation topics for both domestic and international students.
Business Advantage modules
The business faculty delivers a series of voluntary workshops under this heading. Careers & Employment deliver two of these workshops, Career Planning and Self Assessment.
